Chychrun would be a good addition to Edmonton.

Barrie + Foegele + 1st to start - But you will need to add quite a bit more.

Add a 1st and another 2nd to your stated package and I think Arizona considers it.

Bill Armstrong would laugh at that offer, He wants a very good prospect and 2 1st round picks.

Not 2 cap dumps in Barrie and Foegele. And a worthless prospect in Tullio and a late 1st round pick.

Chychrun isn't enough of an upgrade on Barrie to make spending those other assets worthwhile. His coaches would rather run Gostisbehere and Stralman against elites, and that's a tell.

Chychrun isn’t a big enough upgrade on Barrie to be worth more.

Chychrun by far would be your 2nd best LD after Darnell Nurse and it's not even close. Barrie right now is nothing less than a cap dump. And Jakob Chychrun is far superior over Tyson Barrie.

Chychrun is superior to Darnell nurse in one major place DEFENDING, He’d be their best LD on Defence

He’s worth probably double your offer +. Barrie stinks.

His coaches don't agree with you. They'd rather run Gostisbehere and Mayo and Stralman against the opposition's best players.

He usually faced Top comp but since they’ve been meaning to trade him they’ve cut down on his competition in an attempt to preserve him as an asset & boost his stats

He only played top comp once - and that was in the COVID-year SW League which didn't have a lot of good offensive players. Every other year he has played 2nd pairing comp. He's not a great defender and his coaches know it. Offensively he's above average but people are only looking at his aforementioned COVID-year in a weak division stats and ignoring the fact that that was an anomaly. He's a 2nd pairing defenseman on most playoff teams and not worth nearly as much as people on this site think (and clearly NHL GM's agree because none have come close to meeting that ask).

Ok, Do me a favour Compare Stats between Nurse & Chychrun then you'll see why i call one a better defender SA,GA,Corsi,Fenwick

Want me to display them so i can show you how bad Nurse is defensively
compared to Chychrun

Does your proposal include adjusting those stats by Quality of Competition? If not, they're worthless.
