Dallas doesn't have the cap space for Jake Muzzin.

They barely have $6,300,000 to sign Jason Robertson. They'd need to move both Faska and Khudobin and i doubt that happens.

Kerfoot isn't needed in DC as long as Eller is still around, and TvR is. The Caps only have 3RDs with Carlson, Jensen, and Van Riemsdyk and Van Riemsdyk is on a very affordable deal.

Washington would decline this.

Agreed. Even without Eller you have Kuznetsov, Strome, McMichael, Oshie, Johansson, and Dowd that can all play center, and Protas and Lapierre aren't too far away. This would be a step back for the young guys.

Plus I absolutely love TVR lol, the Caps need to keep him forever
