Despite Boston easily declining Krejci and Bergeron would both retire before playing anywhere else

Bergy and DK can’t be traded. Full NTCs and no desire to play anywhere else. They have their cups as well so they are not chasing one.

Even if they did. That might not be enough for Bergy alone.

I think its unlikely that Bergeron would waive his NMC to play elsewhere. During this past off-season he essentially told his agent is Boston or I'm retiring. He didn't even entertain offers from other teams.
