Bruins decline because they need Forbort. And they probably wouldn’t retain money anyway. Also at half retained, he’s got to be worth a 3rd. Excellent penalty killer and does everything right. The only knock to that is his cap hit, so lowering that, he is a really solid piece

Ditch the retention and i bet the bruins consider that. Not sure they take it, but probably consider it.
