Nobody is claiming Foligno and Reilly is pretty iffy to be claimed. 3m with term for a 3rd pair d man is rough. I see 3 teams that might consider it.

Other teams have a cap too. Only a few could, and those teams are not going to.

You’ll have to pay a low-end pick to dump Foligno (like a 4th/5th) and the same for Reilly (an early 4th).

More like a 2nd to move Foligno. Reilly has trade value, don’t need to pay to move him. Only a couple teams have the space to take him is the problem. But there are 3 teams that might claim him. Doubt it, but the potential is there. Find out in a few hours.
