Lankinen has played well in the preseason and his first game. Nashville doesnt consider this at this time. Value isnt bad though

Yeah, I didn’t realize how GREAT Lankinen had been, but if Nashville feels like they need to take an extra step, especially if Lankinen is mediocre/any possible injury issues, I feel Reimer is a really good fit being a 1B.

I agree reimer has a much longer track record. Im hoping Lankinens rough time has been tied to chicago just sucking. That said it's only been 1 regulation game so if he drops like a rock id revisit this proposal. I dont want to head into the playoff times like we did last season without an adequate backup
