If you could learn the difference between the judicial system and public opinion, and not say anything until you do, society as a whole could benefit from it.

This is a no brainer.

Well the NHL conducted their own investigation and didn't find anything incriminating. In both the USA and Canada you are innocent until proven guilty. Now if he gets charged then you question is relevant but not until.
