Jokiharju not living up to his potential?

Rather keep olofsson. He's pretty underrated on here. I guess the best thing I can say is- picking up a defensive right d at least fills a need.

Depends who you ask. I would say uneven.

The pair of Power-Jokiharju has gotten off to a slow start

I am surprised they aren't doing Power-Lyubuskin. He did really well with Reilly last year. He is not perfect but he is physical and defensive minded. Preferably he isn't your top pair right D (Brodie realistically was that). But Power-Lyubuskin could do very well.

At the end of last year, when Power joined us for the last 8 games, he was paired with Jokiharju & they looked pretty good together.
So I’m assuming that’s why they started together this season.
We’ve got a bunch of new additions this year (between young players & a few UFAs), so I’m sure we’ll be shuffling things around until we find what works best

I dont get why people **** on Jokiharju here. He is not that bad, tbh

I expect that at some point lyubushkin will end up with power. It makes sense to give power a guy like lyubushkin to free him up. Dahlin has Samuelsson for pretty much the same reason.

There were dumba$$ Sabres fans who wanted to trade Dahlin last year when he got off to a rough start too

I'm not crapping on anyone? I just would rather have a defensive style defenseman next to an offensive minded player like power/Pilut/Bryson, and Joki isnt that guy.

Yeah I like Olofsson, Gotta make room for Quinn/Peterka and add defensive stability. Of course, these are just my own opinions so they dont mean a thing
