The small 18-year-old has 27 goals and 51 points in 81 games, putting him at just under a 40-goal pace with Saskatoon Blades. The goal-scoring exploits were always there, highlighted by his 33-goal run last year, with his quick release being a defining part of his game. His 5-foot-9 frame makes it hard for him to win physical battles, but scoring isn’t an issue.”

According to Brigstew86, Grebyonkin has missed two of the past 3 games and also lower mins than usual in his 4th game. Possibly dealing with something (although Hockey News Hub has stated he is not on their injured list), hopefully nothing too serious and we get some sort of report on what is ailing him.

Nick Richard also stated Vyacheslav Peska was called up to the KHL late last week serving as the backup for Bars Kazan in two games. Be awesome to see him get into a game (he is rocking a .921 in 40 VHL games)

Feels like the Leafs have hardly played recently, only a couple games last week. I’m cool with him getting some mins with the Marlies.

But so true, I think his offence will carry over eventually he just needs to get comfortable at the NHL level.

It certainly makes getting a 4th line addition seem a little unnecessary with Anderson, Steeves, McMann filling that role.

One of Knies or the guys above should make a nice 4th line with Engvall and Kampf

To me with Knies its this

Unless its a guy like Meier I dont want to move him

The more I hear him talk and the more I watch him play Im like this kid's gonna be special. Whether he plays this year or next year idk I just want to see his journey continue with us as I just got a feeling with him that I havent had since Hyman
