I was wondering how long it would take before someone suggested Horvat to Columbus. Dunno if Columbus can afford to resign him though.

It’s been suggested for months, and a team in last place isn’t moving their 1st round pick, this trade is awful for Columbus.

If they can re-sign Horvat, Miller to Columbus makes more sense since he's from Ohio. One of them has to go regardless.

Miller would be a better fit if the jackets were to do something similar to this. That said, Jenner isn't available and wouldn't be included to get a 1st line center, he's the perfect 2nd line center who plays 200ft hockey.

Also, as stated above a last place team isn't trading their 1st, especially in the 2023 draft.
