I think the Jets might like Garland, but there is no chance they give up a current core roster player for him. It would need to be a futures/prospect based deal.

Holl is as good as Myers, and he doesn't cost 4.5m.

But is Holl 6'8? I don't think so. You see, Tyler Myers has more calder trophies than Gretzky, McDavid, Crosby, and Lidstrom combined.

OK I'll take the 2009/10 version Myers. I didn't know height was the criteria of being a good Dman. Gee, Orr, Robinson, Potvin, Bourgue, Lidstrom....(shall I go on) weren't as good as Myers cause they weren't 6'8" I suppose.

Who cares they both are guys I wouldn't really want in my starting lineup. If Myers made 2.5, then I'd see maybe some value on a 1 year deal. I don't think he's worth it but some dummy will pay it. But at 3 he's overpaid and schenn is a #7
