Lines can change, also, what would make this deal fair?

Well that would be pairs, not lines.

Idk, something exciting. I guess it depends how good that first round pick is. If it’s top 6 or 7, that might change things. The players are just kinda nothing though. Seems more like it’s just three guys in there to make the package look full. Jarventie is probably the best of the bunch and that’s sad.

Chychrun isn’t a top pairing dman especially playing off hand. This would be a very bad trade for OTT IMO.

That 2023 1st round pick (OTT) would have to be Top-10 protected at least, but I'd rather it to be the 1st in 2024, top protected of course

2023 1st round pick (OTT) is quite high at the moment so right away, Chychrun is not worth that

Jarventie is a very good prospect that the Sens won't give up easily (Dorion mentioned him just after saying that Sanderson, Pinto and Greig are untouchable). Seems like he's their 4th-5th best prospect to them

He was on full display in the last WJC but I guess you don't follow that. He was also on of the youngest players in the 2020 draft and has been playing with men for years, doing pretty good too

Brannstrom has been progressing the last 2 years. He has impressive advanced stats this season :

Brannstrom among the 219 D-men who have at least played 100 ES minutes :

- 22nd in CF/60
- 25th in CF%
- 21st in SF/60
- 22nd in SF%
- 7th in xGF/60
- 21st in xGF%
- 22nd in SCF/60
- 15th in SCF%
- 16th in HDCF/60
- 47th in HDCF%

They are far from the throw ins you seem to think they are. Team results have nothing to do with it, doesn't mean the players are all crap

Even Donovan is not a throw in, yes he's a recent 5th round pick but is Sean Donovan's son and has a pretty good start of the season so far

Brannstrom stinks. We both know this. Good for Donovan to have a noteworthy dad. That doesn’t make him valuable.

This package stinks.

ok, you can choose to live in misinformation. A lot of people choose to live that way, it's pretty common

I’ll choose to live in reality. If you want to live in a delusional homer bubble, feel free.

Nothing I said is NOT reality. It's just that you completely dismiss it because that's not how your brain works, since it doesn't fit your narrative. Don't worry again, most brains work like that. It's called cognitive bias (systematic pattern of deviation from norm or rationality in judgment)

Personally, I am a rational person. I have realized long time ago that opinions are nothing more than... opinions. So I am heavily influenced by facts, which is why I have brought so many in my first post.

You can choose to ACCEPT information, or like I said continue to live in misinformation and make all kind of all-over the place statements without knowing much on the subject (like you did so far)

It's UP TO YOU

And to note, I am not saying Chychrun isn't worth much, but he's not worth more than Karlsson was or even DeBrincat last summer. So no, I am not going to give up the king's ransom they have been waiting for a while.
