Would have to include the 2023 1st, after that it's just about making the money work for EDM (if Philly has to take back a particularly bad contract, maybe a more significant additional asset added in).

Seems a bit shy, to me, but thanks for the input!

But you're of the mind that, as a basis, the 2023 1st would be the only major piece necessary? Let's assume the trade would have to involve Barrie and the ask would be for PHI to retain ~1mil of cap, would a foundation of the 2023 1st and Broberg be enough?

With 3 years of retention i doubt that, Also Broberg & a 1st shouldn’t be enough for Provorov

Pretty close, Flyers even without Provorov are still very LHD heavy so they probably wouldn't want Broberg, but that value is about right

I agree that the Flyers probably aren’t looking at Broberg with Sanheim, York, Zamula and Andrae, but I could be wrong. I still can’t believed they didn’t shop Sanheim…but even doing so I think they still want to keep Provy. Anyway, it’s costing the ‘23 third and one of of the Oilers better prospects to get him especially if they have to take Barrie back. How’s Bourgault been?
I could see more pieces as well, like MacEwan.
