Honestly, I'd rather have Archibald on this team over Middlestadt. He is a complete zero at even strength and a downgrade on the PK.

Boeser is a change of scenery, wheras Garland just hasnt rlly fit anywhere in the lineup all that well, and with guys like Mikheyev and Kuzmenko playing well in their roles its pushed him further down the lineup

Vancouver is reportedly trying to free up space which is why they're wiling to take a lesser return for Boeser, so if we apply that logic here, it doesn't solve the cap space problem for VAN.
