It's actually 3 retention at any time, so that part of the deal is ok. The real issue is thinking Montreal will trade 2 top 4 D and a top 6 center all retained for a bunch of garbage that wouldn't even get you Xhekaj!!!

Nah, I believe it used to be twice a year but then was amended a few years ago to 3 retentions any one time
