Trying to figure out where to send nothing in return for more than nothing but less than something.

Krav I think is the only real one who holds value.

Hajek just goes off into the ether.

Buy out Halak so that we can get some spicy pork.

Save on our cap cause boy do we have some serious contract negotiations coming up. Use the minors for injury replacement. Buy/rent no one at the deadline.

you cant buy a guy out in the middle of the season, i know CF allows it but you cant, there are windows where you are allowed to. One of them is between the draft and opening of FA, and then when the team's last arbitration case has been settled there is a 48 hour period to buy out
