you have 50 contracts right now, you cant claim him unless you were sitting at 49. You would have to move one now without knowing if the claim was successful or not

I feel Dubas is just waiting and if he somehow passes through u will see a trade.

yea if its looking more and more like we have a chance we'd probably have to move someone like Abbruzzese quickly (picked him because there'd probably be enough interest to move him, and he's not on the NHL team)
