I don't see this being a big enough step forward to warrant the prices. Plus it's just too much turnover. The teams doing too good defensively to flip more than 1 spot I think

Those are some bad offers, Kerfoot for Gurianov is a wash really, a change for change move, but they would add 2 3rds?

And then robertson (who's value is pretty questionable at best) and a 1st and a bunch of muck for both Crouse and Fischer and 2 3rds? I dont think Malgin or kral get a 3rd in trade.

Just really just throwing Leaf junk as value

-Dallas probably passes on this - I don't think it makes a ton of sense for them to spend extra assets to turn Gurianov into Kerfoot. Contenders typically add depth, they don't attach futures to a current roster player for a minor upgrade.

-I cant' see Arizona flipping out a guy who *willingly* signed a 5 year extension with them only 30 games into that contract. I don't think there's enough here - Gurianov is worse than Crouse, Kral & Malgin are filler, and I don't think adding Robertson and a 1st gets you Crouse++. Not enough for Arizona to move on from a guy who wants to be there.

-Doesn't make sense for Toronto, honestly, and I love Mayfield. Holl has been one of the Leafs' steadiest defenders - why are you giving up a pair of assets for, at best, a marginal upgrade? For the same reason that Dallas would do Gurianov+ for Kerfoot, Toronto shouldn't do Holl+ for Mayfield. It's about building (or maintaining) depth if you're a contender, and this doesn't achieve that.
