Description
I’m going to try and give reasons for each trade
Meier seems perfect to boost this young core and giving up turbo who’s been ok this season and Sjs will prob flip him a first round pick a young RD and a pick for an amazing player

Vladar: with koc-not going to try to spell his name doing so well I can see both goalies walking and you get vladar to be a tandem goalie because Calgary alright has wolf who’s nhl ready

Ghost Bear: Very underrated Ofd for a 2nd round pick + a good prospect who prob won’t fit with how many centres you have and then you resign him

Sharks will want picks and prospects for Timo. Swap Teravainen with Gleb Trikizov. Grier isn't seeking a replacement for Timo.

My thought is this could be a 3 way deal in a way you trade timo a place like Calgary or Rangers and get prospects from them

Sharks want a top level prospect and a 1st for Timo. As long as they get that I think it doesn't matter where he goes. If they don't get that then Grier re-signs Timo and he stays.

I wouldn't do Teuvo for Meier straight up. Teuvo's cap hit is better, the offensive production isn't far off, Teuvo is MILES better defensively, Teuvo has the extra year of team control. This is actually astonishingly bad the more I look at this.

If the sharks move Meier then its for futures and begins a full blown tear down. Trading Lebanc, buyout of Vlasic

We probably wouldn't buyout Vlasic and keep a veteran there to teach the young guys. We only have 3 more years left of him. That sounds bad, but a rebuild will take at least 3-years anyway. A $21m buyout is way more painful.
