Description

i don’t think the leafs should pick up a Dman at the deadline. wouldn’t make sense. too big of a need on offence.

2LW is needed (like it has been for the past forever)

AND PLEASE GOD TRADE HOLL (ya ik he’s been “better” but i jus cant stand watching that pylon)

Schmaltz isn't in anyway worth his cap now and certainly won't be for the three full seasons. And certainly when the cap goes up, ALL players that don't have a contract get raises.

how exactly is he not worth his cap and a defensive black hole? He has more takeaways than Bergeron since 2017.

Because defensive numbers are more than take aways. And most of his are awful

the guy definitely hasent been the best leafs dman this year. and he’s rly just such an eyesore to watch sometimes. i feel like it’s at least once a game that i’m upset at him

Schmaltz is another non-physical forward the leafs don't need, they have enough of that type. LW style of Bunting with more size is what they need for 2 LW. 20 man roster for the playoffs is real tough.
