There is no way I personally would make this trade from MTL POV.

Are you familiar with Andrae? He’s a heck of a prospect, more than just a throw in. I get where you’re coming from though. Provorov is still young, not sure he fits the Habs timeline.

Not overly no, but I don't see why MTL should be moving a high quality defensive prospect + 1st this year for Provorov who should be entering the best few years of his career. He'll need a new contract by the time we're competitive, it's not the right time for MTL to be considering trades like this.

I don't see KH moving prospects he just drafted and our 1sts are all but off limits this year (at least) unless the return is either a young top 6 C prospect, young top 4 RD prospect, or young top G prospect.

LD is the one position MTL is deep with quality young prospects, wingers as well. We can surely revisit this in a couple seasons and see if it's closer to making sense.

No I don't do that, even if Emil is a good prospect you trade a potential top 10 or top 15 pick along a good D-man prospect that could be the offensive puck moving defense player we need.

This kind of trade is done for when ur team is about one or two piece to be ready to be competitive for decade. Mtl is not even at that stage yet.

Also you don't trade away a player that you sign or draft few months after that as GM it's does not look good.

And personally I don't think that is wise for Flyers. The management group seen more preoccupied by going in series and be competitive then doing a rebuild / retool thing. I don't see Tortorella as a rebuild coach but more a competitive one.

Hutson has one of the biggest upsides in the league, he literally had a better draft year then Adam Fox and Quinn Hughes in the same league and that Florida pick is currently top 10. Absolute NO from Montreal.
