I would certainly take that offer. But I highly doubt anyone pays that much for Toews.

Rangers are not trading Chytil for a Kane rental. And the same goes for Kakko, Laffy, Miller, Schneider and Othmann.

Try dropping Hook. But I could see the 24 1st for Toews with the 4th going to another team for double retention with the actual cash value being so low.

Still an overpay. Toews cap hit at the tdl will be 2.4m, use the first retention and its 1.2m. I would do a '25 2nd and Kaut but that is more of a favor to Kaut than anything.
