No on garland. He really doesn’t fit the mold of Nashville

Well that Sabres trade sure is something

I don’t think the Sabres would do it
Although personally, I’d consider it- most fans won’t though

Most fans won’t like it bc u want Savoie & Kulich (& to some degree Krebs), who could all be together on a line next year
for us that we’d project to hopefully work out like our line of Quinn-Cozens-Peterka are this year
And bc we have those 3 (and some other forward prospects coming), most would think Horvat is unnecessary
I think he’d be a great fit though
The biggest objections would likely be to Quinn Hughes though
He’s just not a great fit for something we need
Samuelsson-Dahlin are locked in as our top pair
And Power is the LD on pair2
So it’s hard to see where Hughes would slot in
Plus, we don’t need another offensive defenseman
I suppose I’d either try to flip Hughes, or just take him out of the deal & alter our side of the trade

Interesting trade proposal though

Yup!
Savoie, Kulich and Krebs could all become NHL first liners, they are only prospects.
Horvat is exactly what Buffalo needs, not sure if he is affordable.
A dream top 4 defense and all under 25 yo.
Sign me up! Let's make a deal!

More realistic for the Sabres would be to get Kuzmenko, and Schenn.
Sabres cannot afford the other deal.

Really like the Schenn Kuzmenko idea.

Why do all Canucks trades think Vegas need Schenn? Their right side is Pietro, Theodore and Whitecloud with Miromanov and Korczak in the wings.

Kuzmenko makes sense but give up on Schenn to Vegas.
