Overpayment aside, If you're insisting on giving a first rounder for Konecny, Buffalo's not offering one from this years draft.

I’d love that trade for TK, but it’s an overpay considering the supposed depth of this draft. I don’t think two 2nds in 2023 is too steep though. And if Chuck Fletcher is the Flyer GM for this trade, don’t count out the Flyers 2023 1st coming back Buffalo’s way 🤣. Fletch is awful

People are saying you’re overpaying for konecny but the dude is young, has term, and is on a 100 point pace, with how the NHL is nowadays if the flyers do trade him it’ll be for an overpay, question is if you want to give that up

I've been trading for TK for two years now and usually get my head bitten off. He's EXACTLY the forward Sabres need. Hard nose, work horse, with skill and goes to the net. He's 25 and people want to put him out to pasture.
