I think Schenn is the 7th defenseman both Perbix and Bogosian play over Schenn. He's strictly insurance

He's stictly so the Leafs don't get him.

I think IF and that's a big IF they get him part is the Toronto thing ,but Bogosian has had injury issues.
If TB is really in on Schenn why would they tell Friedman? So that is either coming from Vancouver and may or may not be true, or it's a smokescreen put up by Briseboi

What about Myers and Foote for Schenn?

I think it's just Friedman saying he's a fit in Tampa. Cap wise and system wise it makes sense. Personally I don't see him coming back to Tampa. He hardly played when he was here and the right side is arguably better than it was then (Perbix better than Rutta?) He's just shining on a worse dcore.

Personally I hope not rather keep Foote than Schenn
