Just making sure you guys saw that it isn't the C Elias Pettersson, but the 18 year old LD Elias Pettersson.... still, Hughes, the Lekker guy, and what might be like the 4th - 7th pick anyway. I dunno.

In any case, if Chicago is awarded 1st overall selection, they won't be trading it for anything, except maybe the 2nd overall, a 1st the next year, and 2 or 3 good young prospects or NHL ready players. Even then maybe not. Bedard could be the next savior for that team, and they are just beginning the long, painful rebuild. They'll build around Bedard.

No way CHI takes home the first overall after "the scandal"......As much as I hate to admit it, the league will go to great lengths to ensure it. CHI management / ownership is disgusting, and this will be the NHL's way if punishing them.........whether it's right or wrong

If we are a good team in the 2020's it includes Quinn. We have NO DEFENSE coming. He just can't be traded.
