Can Bertuzzi play in Canada now? (Vaccination status). I've heard nothing about the NHL / Canada changing the rules from last year......

If he can, I do it with 50% retention to make the cap work. If he can't there's no point.

Detroit absolutely says yes, if they can make the cap numbers work for Toronto.

On his vaccination status... didn't Canada recently drop the vaccination requirement? I believe he's already played in Canada this year but I'd have to check the game logs....
