Didn’t realize Avs had so much cap space. Is Landeskog done for the year?

Habs fan here… I doubt Monahan is worth a first. This foot injury of his is taking a long time to heal. The fact that he is injured again made his value drop from a 1rst to whatever it is now. That $3.1M cap space can be used to obtain a pretty decent not injury prone player. Doubt the Avs or any team is willing to take on such a risk with a 1rst round pick.

Compher is on pace for 50pts this season. Wtf would they trade for TWO centers and demote him to 4C? He's as good as both Monahan and Toews. This is just pissing away draft picks for no reason.
