If kane is not guilty, Chicago will not trade him and if they do, it will be for a lot more then that return

I'd say take desharnais and garbutt out of the trade (trade Desharnais or Eller to another team for cap relief instead), swap Gallagher for galchenyuk and remove the 2017 first round pick (maybe add a 3rd round pick or a prospect like hudon instead if anything)

I think this article laid it out very nicely : http://chicago.suntimes.com/sports/7/71/924493/blackhawks-must-consider-trading-patrick-kane
I don't necessarily think he should be traded but it's definitely a possibility

If the Hawks are giving up Kane they'd need another RW back. Gally is a young, solid top-6 winger with a very good contract who could fill in that 2RW spot behind Hossa perfectly, or you could put him with Shaw and really wreak havoc. They don't really need another young centre like Chucky when they already have Taco Tibvcuwrfv and Marko Dano even though he may be better than both of them.
Threw in the 2017 1st Rounder because I assume in this hypothetical scenario ALOT of teams would be trying for Kane and there would be a huge bidding war

Assuming Kane's acquitted AND the Blackhawks are trading...a bidding war would happen for sure. I just don't think any trade where the selling point is "solid top-6 winger" for Patrick Kane would happen. Especially when you're asking for their 2nd line center too. They're not a rebuilding team so I don't think the (2) 1st rounders go as far as you'd think. They want to win right now.

I think a team like the Rangers would probably offer up Nash to get in on the bidding.
