No he doesn’t lol. He’s been trash this year and is injury prone.

The pens first laugh at that offer and hang up. Hextall said today that he isn’t trading the pens 2023 1st round pick. And surely wouldn’t trade it for a goalie that’s been terrible and injury prone this year.

Whenever someone posts about laughing and hanging up phones on this site, I always wonder if their parents know they're up past their bedtime...

This is a very reasonable offer for Demko, the guy has had a bad season because he was playing injured... he was top 5 in expected goals against last season. I'm not saying he's going to return a 1st and top prospect, but a 1st, B prospect and cap dump is very reasonable.

15 bad games with an injury and a terrible defense and PK. And one injury makes him injury prone?

I hope so, but I think it's currently hard to judge his value. I essentially see Blomqvist as being the compensation for the cap dump and Demko returning the 1st. Of course this is dependent on Demko being ready to go and getting a few games in before the TDL.

This isn’t a reasonable offer. There is no reason any team pays that much for a goalie that is playing like garbage. You can make all the excuses you want, but facts are facts. He’s been bad this year. There’s plenty of goalies around the league on bad teams that have much better stats than Demko this year.

It's all good my parents are aware I'm up past my bedtime.

If you you think this is a, 'first laugh at that offer and hang up" trade, why don't you make an ACGM for a PITT Vancouver Demko trade so we can all be informed as to whats reasonable, after all apparently the Pen's have been showing interest. Lets see how it is received.
