Samsonov is definitely #1 in the goalie section. Just had the best season in KHL history as a 19 year old.

But I like the list otherwise.

these aren't even close.

missing Kirill Kaprizov ; Phil Myers instead of Jakub Zboril ; Ho-Sang isn't very much of a prospect anymore (drafted in '14, still can't produce at the AHL Level) ; Thomas Chabot also

this is very rugged outline of top prospects : not really a whole hell of a lot from the '15 or '16 draft

Because I think all of those goalies are better than McNiven

The goalies mentioned haven't even put numbers near as good as him. And he wasn't even drafted.

Kaprizov agreed to a long term deal in the KHL so I didn't count him, Ho Sang has a legit shot at winning the Calder next year

Then you would be insane haha nothing against Hart, I think he's really good, but he still has a lot to prove. He's only in the WHL. Samsonov just put up the best KHL stats EVER by a 19yo goalie.

What's so great about McNiven's numbers? They look pretty average to me. Tyler Parsons puts up numbers like that in his sleep.

True. But Samsonov has been playing against men the last 2 years in the 2nd best league in the world as a 18 and 19 year old. 46GP, 2.08GAA, .931sv%. But still, both these guys are really good.
