And this morning there were reports that nobody would pay that, so ARZ decided to test that again with retention.

This gets ARZ a 1st, 2nd, 4th, and prospect. And they don't have to retain.

I'm not the OP, and I'm not big on Chychrun, but this is a price I'd consider.
