Description

Veteran ufas at the 22-23 deadline are moved for late picks but I didn't bother adding that in

Kleven signs 3 year entry deal but burns a year getting a few games to end the 22-23 season

Docker gets a bridge deal and is in the nhl full time next season

Sens will need a veteran goalie cheap next season, maybe not talbot but around the 2 million mark

Cat stays

Ottawa will have trouble keeping everyone as contracts like sandy expire but with the cap increasing hopefully that provides some relief but there will be casualties going forward like any team with playoff aspirations also forgot to add that the following year we also free up another 3 mill on buyouts and retained salaries expiring

Didn't bother predicting the formenton situation! Let's just wait to see that all unfold but I don't see room moving forward so if he does return his rights are traded for a pick

Sokolov is the first call up

Veteran dman signs league min to play on the last defense pair if kleven needs seasoning in the ahl

Adding Parayko is such a bad idea. He's at the start of that contract and he's already not worth it

You May be right but I still think he has some good years left in him and he is a massive upgrade from anything we have.. he will be behind the likes of chabut and sandy so with a reduced role I think he can get back to his old self. Also I made this post just to show people that ottawa can add a top 4 d and keep the cat I am so tired of seeing people say it's not possible

I'd love fabbro and have made post on that but the fabbro talks seemed to fizzle out unfortunately but he would be a better fit and likely cheaper so I do agree ... but soucy and Mayfield I see more as a really good 5-6 not top 4

I think if the second was 2023 and the sens added a 2026 4th it would be more realistic
