Description
This package makes sense for the Leafs, but can they get it done? Don't want to speculate on picks/prospects, but I think acquiring a package of McCabe and Lafferty makes a ton of sense.

If you're giving up a 1st then get McCabe half retained. That's a bargain. He has 2 more years left on his contract after this season. Leafs can use that cheap 2 mil top 4 Defenseman

1st, 3rd, Minton would probably do it for McCabe at 2 million and Lafferty. Only question is cap space Kerfoot or Holl?

Probably Kerfoot since he's currently playing RW on the 4th line. Dubas likely wants to be 8 deep on defense for the playoffs.

Lafferty could play 3RW and slide the Giraffe to 4RW.
