Swap out Mayfield with Dobson and the Leafs consider. Asking for a teams two best prospects for a pending UFA 3rd pair defenseman is ridiculous, let alone in a buyers market where there are so many other, better options.

So Pens are giving a 1st theyve been adamant on keeping for a RFA goalie theyve had no interest in, AND taking on a 5m caphit they dont have room for?

Knies alone is worth more than Mayfield... but to then add on Minten... Leafs easily decline. Let's start with a 3rd and work up from there
