Toronto declines. Add a 2nd and fans decline but (with an extension) it's not a bad trade.
No clue on Carolina, but probably declined.
Dallas and Detroit decline.

Stevey Y is in a tough spot; didn’t make any moves trying to make the playoffs. Market moved early this year & you may not get fair return now. Although it’s been a tough week - it’s still possible.
Does he keep everyone and try to make playoffs (& risk having guys walk in FA) or sell everyone (at reduced rates) and throw in the towel on this year? Like I said, tough spot
