Wrong Cole is horrible Seeler is definitely an upgrade plus he’s cost effective for another year

Stand pat. That's just extremely inaccurate about Cole. Cole has been solid does he have a lapse here and there yup but putting a 7/8 defensenan in for him would be utterly foolish.

Actually the last 4-5 games Hedman has been the F***ING turnover machine.

Even if you argue that Seeler is a 7th on TB, he’s still worth acquiring because our D depth isn’t great and he’s a cost effective option next year. Anybody gets injured and he fits in much nicer than Fleury

Cole has arguably been our best DFD this season. He is lightyears from horrible

Are we going to throw away every pick and minor leaguer we have? For a marginal upgrade over Fluery it's just not that important. I also argue earlier in the season when Fluery was playing regularly he played well I think his biggest problem is getting ice time.

I don't know if Tampa would need to include Finley, but I agree with acquiring Seeler. Tampa needs more depth and flexibility on the blue line, and Seeler has very solid metrics. The fact that he's signed for 775k for another year as well...yeah, he'd be a solid pick up.

Seeler imo would also be able to play 3LD, thereby allowing Cole to play next to Hedman. Seeler could also be slotted next to Hedman to see if that works. It's not like Bogo is anything amazing up there.
