I would offer sheet swayman in no time if I needed a goalie. 4.2 million for 2 years only risking a 2nd rounder.

Sure but Swayman gotta sign it
I think he sticks with Boston and will get the huge pay raise when Ullmark walks

Sure but if someone is offering to double your contract and play you 50 games instead of 25 it's has to be appealing to him. Plus if your a good team and wouldn't mind giving up a first you could 5x5 him and no way he turns it down, Seattle maybe

I think they’d trade Gryz before Forbort, not sure though.

I traded Grz at first but Forbort on a 2nd pairing isnt good enough
So I traded Forbort instead and it looks better
That 4th line 3rd pairing stinks tho

Boston has Bussi in Providence, kid is 25 years old and will probably re-sign this offseason at 950,000 over 2-3yrs. He's leading the AHL in SV% and is third in GAA only trailing the lead by .10. I would assume the Bruins offer Swayman a bridge deal that goes along side Ullmarks contract so 2 years at a reasonable cap hit 2-2.5M yr. If he doesn't sign, we tender him and wait to see what comes in, if anything. If the tender is under 4.2M we match, trade Ullmark and Swayman/Bussi are your tandem next season. If an offer over 4.1M comes in we take the 1st and 3rd compensation and Ullmark/Bussi becomes your tandem. Either way y'all gonna have to learn how to love Bussi as much as you love Swayman.

The Bruins goalie depth is ridiculous, 3-4 solid NHL projected talents, and I could see them trying to sign the kid out of Umass Lowell, Grigals, after the college season ends to add to the system. But the pipe
line is flush with talent.
