Description

Sharangovich needs to sit. He has been DREADFUL and he’s playing next to Hughes and Bratt. A clean Meier for Sharangovich swap should work out nicely next game. Would’ve liked to see Lazar get in next game but our 4th line played well and Boqvist had arguably his best game of the season tonight so I would not be scratching him. If they really wanted to get Lazar in, Bastian would be my guy to sit

On a side note, I thought Fitzy should’ve tried to move Sharangovich over Zetterlund in the Meier deal. That may not have been possible obviously depending on SJ’s preference, but Zetty brought offensive ability with grit. A bad game from Zetterlund at least gave you a hard worker with grit who would finish checks; a bad game from Sharangovich makes him look like an ECHL player

More or less
They added firepower but reduced defensive responsibility. Neither Kane nor Tank play any D. And if Igor is not at last year's play they will be giving up alot of goals. Not sure if the increase in goal scoring out produces GA. Although Tank has been doing his part goal wise. Their D is good but not great imo. Fox has crazy good IQ but no speed and I have always doubted his d zone play. Lindgren is the key there imo. Miller is good no doubt. Trouba is good for the hits but he won't be catching Canes/NJ fwds in 1st 2 rounds. It's not last years team, and i don't think it's better.
