Barclay Goodrow is undoubtedly a better player than Kelly but Ottawa simply cannot afford to pay $3.6 million for a fourth liner.

Goodrow does not make any cap sense for Ottawa. Useful in his role, but too limited to be worthwhile on that contract

I think this is what we're probably looking at contract wise
Laf: 3x3
Miller: 4x3 / 6.5x7/8
Chytil: 5.5x8 (Why would he take a bridge?)

We don't have enough cap space for Goodrow next season.
