I think CBJ would part with the 1st to get Hayes, but only if there is retention. Not sure if PHI is really willing to retain on him for three more years. Also, Roslovic would probably have to go back in the deal. Take out the 3rd, make it Ros and a 1st with $2m retained and I think it's a deal.

They can move Roslovic somewhere else as there is no room for him UNLESS Coots is done but he seems to be trying to get back.

That roster sure looks to me like it could use a middle six C/RW. He's only got one year left on his deal anyway. Taking that money back would be a necessary part of the deal. PHI would still be escaping 2 additional years of term by swapping Hayes.

I'd love to kick Deslauriers off the roster for him but Chuck won't go for that lol.
