Description

I have a feeling that the Bruins are looking to add an NCAA free agent with their 50th and final contract spot, which is why they ATO'd Lohrei and Brunet. Riese Gaber or Collin Graf would be my guesses as to who they're looking at. I picked Gaber for the sake of this ACGM.

Overall, still good. Not Cup winning good but a good transitional year for the Centennial team before what looks to be a full-on rebuild. Give Beecher, McLaughlin, Merkulov, Harrison, and the NCAA free agent top six AHL ice time and power play time to season them as professional for next season when most of them probably get roster spots with the big club.

Additional Details:

The Ducks are a young team looking to start getting competitive, but their RD is very weak. Drysdale is good and young, but behind him? No one good now or ready for next season. Adding Carlo would be huge for them, and I think they would have the cap to do so. He should be worth a first given his age, cap, and the fact that he's one of few young shut-down defenders that teams covet. I would hate to see Boston move Carlo, but the cap is super tight.

Bruins get their own second back in a deep draft, could still be some quality prospects available at the back end of the second round. They also get a decent prospect in Colangelo who's a former 2nd round pick and is a Massachusetts native playing in the Hockey East. Essentially 2 second round picks (1 very late) for Carlo. Fair value if you ask me.

The Kraken have plenty of cap space and will more than likely be looking to add to their already competitive roster. Hall is the perfect top nine addition for them. He's got tons of speed, is a very good distributor, and can play on all special teams. He doesn't have the value he used to, but he can still be a very viable option for a team looking to add to their forward group.
