This is if St. Louis decides to rebuild also the Av's 2nd upgrades to a 1st if the Habs make the ECF (not the goal but have to cover all scenarios)

There is a lot to like here but St. Louis has stated they are not rebuilding. Losing Parayko would leave an even bigger defensive gap, however, I think given the opportunity to move him for a return like this would be very enticing. They would most certainly use assets and this cap space to restructure defensive core to fit the 'retool'.
