I can see him wanting a bridge deal like dahlin. But i just don't see him being elite point producer like Dahlin. Especially with Dahlin getting top powerplay. Which will lower his value.

Difficult to determine future salaries when Thompson, Cozens and Samuelsson are key components to the Sabres success yet are paid reasonably.
Power would probably take a bridge and while Dahlin could get more from another city, Buffalo is really inexpensive.

I have a few issues with this one is Hudson fasching. Why would they bring him back here? He’s just meh. I think the league has noticed how much better the Sabres are and I think they could definitely do better replacing Okposo/Girgensons. I’d love Compher to come back or Jesper Fast. I def think Severson is good and could be who they target but Graves would be my target. He’s extremely good on the PK Severson I think is more likely to stay in NJ, but with Nemec and Hughes coming in maybe they’re both in their way out. That’s a lot of money and term for Korpisalo. I know you’re not paying Levi yet, but I’d like to get someone more reliable and either cheaper or less term someone like Varlamov, maybe Trade for a guy on a short term deal who’s a starter to split the Net with Levi in his first couple years.
