It makes zero sense for Boston.

Sending a goalie back is just lazy. They have the #2 goalie in AHL who would become the backup. Same age as Sway and UPL. Zero need for UPL and he’d be tough to get through waivers.

Any offer sheet that Swayman would consider signing and Boston would consider not matching would compensate at least a 1st and 3rd. Unless you are going to beat that or at least match that, there is no point in trying. This does not.

If Boston moves a goalie, it’s most likely Ullmark.

If it’s Swayman, there will be a 1st or a really good center prospect involved.

What's the asking price on Ullmark? I'm assuming that Boston decides to move either him or Swayman this offseason

Probably a 1st and a decent prospect. Or a better prospect and a 2nd. Maybe a 3rd piece if the first 2 pieces are less than they hoped for.

Depends, if Swayman takes one for the team and takes a reasonable bridge deal they keep both. Considering the relationship between him an Ullmark I could easily see that happening.

Our gm isn't interested in trading foligno. Nor, moving him for a soft one way player like Victor 0

The odds that it’s swayman are really close to zero
