If I were Don Sweeney I'd think long and hard about this, but I'd probably try to move Ullmark instead of Sway just because of the age. But the Bruins will almost surely HAVE to make a move like this - two established players for picks and a cheaper player.

No reason to retain on Petry and pay to trade him. It’s either 1 or the other. Petry 50% (or almost 50%) retained isn’t a cap dump. Definitely not a 2nd round pick cap dump.
The fact that you have Petry 50% retained as costing more to “dump” than Carter who would provide zero value and no retention is insane.
Then you pay Dumba 5 million? Wtf? If you’re just going to pull a Hextall and trade a player only to use that cap space to use up more cap space to sign a lesser player, then why fire Hextall? I think FSG wants a GM that knows what they are doing and isn’t terrible.
