That offer for DeBrincat gets easily beat. And good luck getting Cat for anything less than 8 x $8,500,000.

If DeBrincat wanted something like 8.5 million x 8, Ottawa should accept this trade ASAP.

But it's 7.5 million x 6, which is a gross underpayment.
