Description

1. Ottawa signs Cat long term (construct his contract to have his 9 million year 1 and go from there).
2. Sign Pinto to a bridge deal.
3. Sign Bran to a prove it deal.
4. Toronto buys out Matt Murray, giving the Sens $1,333,333 in extra cap space for the year.
5. Sogaard proves he can play at the NHL level getting the 1B starts (30-35).
6. Forsberg comes back healthy.
7. DJ learns about team defensive systems.

I don't have much faith in Pierre Dorion or Coach DJ.

I am also in the same boat. But more so with DJ than I am with PD. PD brought in some quality assets last year for the top 6 and then later on with Chychrun and DJ and company blew it. Sure the depth took a hit and then injuries but man oh man the systems were non-existent.

I can live with Dorrian threw the new ownership change, but a new coach voice would help with all the good ones available.
Even at 8.1 cap gets tight with Debrcat. I would also look into Bertuzzi as well instead if he can be had for $6M long term swap him out for DeBrincat.
