Ducks and Jets say no.

Red Wings say no to the Leafs trade.

Don’t believe any of these trades would ever happen. Any feedback on fair value for the player?

If Anaheim were drafting first, I could see Chicago, who need everything and are likely to be co-favorites for first overall again next June, taking the quantity-over-quality approach. But not the Ducks, who have an excellent prospect pool (especially at LhD), three young star forwards already, and a starting goaltender and potential eventual replacement locked up for the next four seasons. But it's certainly a clever vision.

Detroit is pretty far away from being relevant therefore shouldn't bother with that Nylander trade.
