Not a chance IMO. Hoffman only has a year left and could be worth something half retained at the 2024 TDL
Armia could be usefull to a playoff team, only his cap hit and terms drag his value down
Another reason why I think they won't get buyout : injuries. We went through so many guys injured that we had to recall 18 yo Owen Beck from the OHL. I don't think it's an option buying out guys

There's more chance Barron start in the AHL next year than putting up 50 points ... He had a hard camp at the beginning of the year and was cut. If he has another bad camp, he is waivers exempt, he might be the guy being sent down
